1. AGENCY SURVEYOR/COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SALES AND LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Our ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of the Stockport area and the South Manchester property market.  Commercial sales and lettings experience would be helpful. With the support of the agency team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales and lettings process, from dealing with initial enquiries and conducting viewings, through to negotiating offers and securing successful completions. We are focused on customer service and providing a first-class service to our clients.

The Role

Dealing with property enquiries

Providing property marketing recommendations 

Conducting and following up viewings

Generating/reporting offers and negotiating terms

Organising background checks and referencing

Liaising between clients and prospective tenants and purchasers

Preparing accurate and detailed Heads of Terms and instructing solicitors

Liaising with solicitors and guiding deals through to completion

Offering professional advice and guidance at every step of the process

Key skills

A good understanding of the commercial sales and lettings process

A keen eye for detail 

The ability to work on own initiative and as part of the agency team

Good organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good computer skills

Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic attitude

Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle

 Basic salary depending upon experience, plus performance related bonus and car mileage allowance.

2. PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR 

£12,350 (£9.50 per hour) based on 25 hours: Monday to Friday 12.00 noon – 17.00pm (with scope for additional hours)

Our ideal candidate would be an experienced administrator with good keyboard skills and an excellent telephone manner who is looking for a part-time, front-line role. It would be useful to have a good knowledge of, and an interest in, the Stockport area. We are focused on customer service and providing a first-class service to our clients.

Dealing with property enquiries via the telephone and online

Booking in viewings/diary management

Receiving and making telephone calls

Opening and maintaining client files

Reception duties

Producing documents from templates

Audio typing
